I live in utah and bought a bike from a guy in the bentonville area. we used phat tire to help us with the transaction and it was a great experience. they looked the bike over for me since i couldnt see it in person, held onto it while I paid the seller, then I had them pack it up and give me the box dimensions. I sent them the shipping label and they got it sent off for me. super easy transaction for what can be a nerve racking situation buying a bike accross the country. Id absolutely recommend these guys.

Superior staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Love the new FX. It is a perfect mix of road bike feel with mountain bike handling. Only thing I would change is crank length. Small riders could benefit from a 165 or 160 instead of a 170.

it took a while to work on my ebike thats been worn out after 1700 miles. i feel like there was some kind of hesitation to take the job when adding up cost of repairs. i knew there would be some since i was asking them to polish a turd, my words dont worry. it took some time but i'm happy that i'm able to safely ride again and add another 2k miles
There were several options for the service my bike needed and they gave me all the possibilities before so I wouldn't be caught off guard. My problem was new but needed to be fixed for the next day and they were happy to make it happen.
