We walked in knowing absolutely nothing other than we wanted to try renting the ebikes. The person was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, helpful and answered all our questions. He didn't make us feel like goofs not knowing anything. He set up our bikes, gave us a great lunch recommendation (we are from Chicago), and he found a little Velcro strap to hold our stuff to the bike. We had a great experience and we will definitely be back!
Outstanding work and customer service. Let me start by saying I'm new to the cycling world and am very much a novice when it comes to the anatomy of a bike. Max and the team at Phat Tire walked me through everything I needed to know with patience and kindness. I brought a used bike in for service and they identified other areas that might need addressed without trying to sell me on stuff. Just straightforward honesty and trying to be genuinely helpful. They got my bike fixed up in a matter of hours and got it back to me riding like a new set of wheels. I will say that as a beginner I've experienced less than ideal customer service at other shops around the metro. Almost as if I was placed at the bottom of the line because my bike was cheap and I wasn't a "real" cyclist. I wont mention the names of those shops, but Phat Tire is the exact opposite of that. They treat you with respect and will do you right. I also observed this watching their interactions with other customers while I was in the store. Needless to say this will be the only bike shop I come to in the future for any of my cycling needs. 10/10. Thanks so much guys!

I have gone to Phat Tire OKC since I discovered road biking in 2022. They were one of only two bike shops in the entire city and surrounding areas that had a bike in my size at the time, and even though Phat Tire had to get it shipped from their stock in Arkansas, they made it happen just for me to look at it! Since buying that bike and having them set it up with everything I didn't even know I needed, I've gone to them for all things biking related to find they are very fair with their services/pricing. Kevin, the manager, definitely fosters a welcoming atmosphere and you can tell it is important to them to build relationships with their customers. It's nice to always see the same employees when dropping in and knowing they are all avid bike riders themselves who want to help inexperienced riders learn instead of looking down on them and understand how important quick turnaround time is. I also see them supporting local rides and donating prizes, so I feel they're very supportive of our community, which is icing on the cake.
This Team is very dependable and consistent providing the best tech support and great customer service. This drives my desire to visit them every single time. This shop is by far the most friendly and open to set you up for successful rides… love them all. Keep up the good work Phat Tire River Side Team!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Phat Tire Bike Shop in Bella Vista! They recently handled a motor change on my e-bike and took care of all the back-and-forth with Shimano for the warranty. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish.
The team here really knows their stuff and you can tell they care about their customers. Communication was excellent, and they kept me updated the whole way through. My bike runs like new again thanks to their expertise.
