I hadn't been on a bicycle in 60s year (motorcycles yes) so the technology is now completely different. Rocket and Jeremy both spent the time to get me up to speed as well as on a few bikes to get the right size and fit.and help me find something I liked. It was a great experience in my opinion.
Friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my grandson’s bike in for a tuneup. They called me about a part that needed replacing, which hardly cost anything. They ordered the part and installed it. Price was low and I have a happy grandson!
I bought my bike from the riverside location and they were very helpful! I didn’t realize there was one on Harvard and they were just as helpful getting accessories I needed, I would recommend this store to people looking to get a bike. Both stores were very knowledgeable.

I purchased a trike and love it. I road it home down Main Street from 24th St NW to 24th St NE. It was work but fun. I feel very safe on my new trike.

I was initially concerned due to the price to fix/refurbish my road bike costing up to 50% of the MSRP of a new bike of the same model. I was frustrated knowing the backlog of having to wait 10 days before picking up the bike, however, after receiving the bike, I went on a quick 5 mile bike ride to test the gears, shift changing, braking, and I was amazed! It was honestly better than I was first put it together 2 years ago.
I'll be leaving a google 5-star review one I get the chance. You guys definitely hold up te 100% satisfaction value very well!

I had been wanting an e-bike for ages.
The wonderful guys at Phat Tire BA explained the different motors, drives & features, quizzing me on what my plans were for now and in the future, to make sure I got a bike that would suit me today and next year.
They also ordered in and installed all the extra little stuff I wanted - rear rack, fenders, bike computer- and made sure everything was fully functional.
I can’t recommend them highly enough, honestly.
