Took my triathlon bike in for some repairs and routine maintenance. Everyone there was super friendly and very helpful! They quickly came up with a plan for the service that needed to be done, and kept me updated as they made progress. Everything was done very well and I would definitely recommend them. The icing on the cake is that I got to play ball with "Luna" the shop dog. :)
The Phat Tire Fayetteville crew is simply the best. They take care of everything I can't or won't do myself. We have a fleet of Trek bikes and these guys know them better than anyone. They also service our non-Trek bikes. When you ride a lot, it is important to have a relationship with a LBS. Supporting your LBS instead of online retailers means they will be here when you need them.
