You're team was great. I was watching a Youtube video when your ad came on. I've been thinking about getting back on my bike and started to clean it up. But it seemed like I might be having a bearing problem with my rear wheel. So I took the wheel in and the first thing they did was a quick inspection that showed there was no problem with the hub or bearing, just a broken valve stem (the tire was flat) that was flopping around and causing the noise. That was great and so I spent the money I had had planned to spend on the fix and bought some other accessaries I'm going to need to get back on my bike. Thanks

I have always gotten great service. These folks really enjoy providing information and answering questions.
I went in to simply have a tube replaced on a front tire. I ended up replacing the tire and a tube. The work was done on the spot in less than fifteen minutes. The store was very busy and I appreciated the time the technician spent with me. He could easily have said we're backed up and pick it up next week but he fit me in. Appreciate the help.

Jeff and Frenk went above and beyond to get my wheel repaired.
Frenk quickly diagnosed a troubling creak (I was in to buy a new BB) as a rear wheel problem: he stayed late to diagnose the problem as a broken axle. He followed up with an email with links to parts he couldn't get through his channels.
Jeff stayed open late on a Saturday to coordinate pickup of the rebuilt wheel so I could get a ride in Sunday.
They were both super helpful Monday too, fixing a minor issue.

Jax carries great varieties of bicycles. The services were straightforward and Nate called us when the product is ready to be picked up. When we picked up the bike, Don explained to my son how to change the gears, lock the bike, and educate us on necessary accessories for safety purposes.
