Jesse serviced my bike and explained very thoroughly everything which was very nice for him to take the time to do that. Then the next day I ended up buying an e-bike he helped me with that as well along with Misty and they both were just very helpful very knowledgeable very kind. Seems like they go above and beyond to help their customers which is wonderful and rare these days.

I like that purchasing a product from Jax - pretty much - guarantees support. I like that - if Jax doesn’t have a product on the floor…they can get access to it. Regarding services: I appreciate that associates (along with Sherrie) work together & collaborate to make (biking) dreams come true. I am a Kentucky resident who contacted Jax (about 2-years ago) - on the phone - long distance …to purchase a bike for my granddaughter. Since that fateful day, I have never been disappointed. With eternal gratitude, I have spent boo-coo’s of dollars & cents making various purchases at Jax.
