They found me a sweet deal on the bike of my dreams. Then, when I went to pick it up they were extra cool and explained everything to me. I'm just really stoked I found this bike shop! We took our bikes in for a service and Don was amazing. He checked things that nobody else had ever checked. He found things that were outright scary - like a wheel that was loose. He was friendly and polite. And the bikes. were ready the very next day. Jax is a first class operation.

you guys do a great job - you tolerate grumpy old men - that refuse have to have a tube replaced on onsite and would rather pay for a patch kit - too funny - - you should be commended . Anders is the bomb , but then again I have known the guy for 10+ years . Still trying to sell me a high end bike , which I need and deserve :)
