I purchased a bike two days ago. Erik helped me and let me test ride a bike I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable in the realm of mountain bikes and helped me add some upgrades that I did not think about. He was honest and wasn’t trying to sell me on anything. I was in and out in about an hour with the upgrades installed. Super stoked on my new bike and had a great experience. This shop has a lot of inventory which was great for someone like me who does not buying bikes over the internet.
Derek at the Long Beach store was terrific; very helpful. Helped me promptly on the spot and explained clearly what the problem was. The service charge was very reasonable.
