Went in looking for advice on a lock and cable. Misty was helpful and brought the locks out to my E-trike to insure they fit on my 4" wide fat tires. Best price. Bought 2 kryptonite locks and 6' cable lock.

Just brought our e-bikes that we purchased at Jax in for 6 month service. We were greeted like family, with several of the employees remembering us from 6 months ago! The work was completed quickly, it was well done, and we are very happy to have Jax as our neighborhood bike store!!
I had a new rear tire installed on my wife’s bike. After picking it up we noticed the rear brake wasn’t working. I brought it back a short time later. Andrew was working alone and was busy repairing another bike. He immediately assisted me with my bike. A few minutes later 2-3 customers came in. He apologized to me for the delay and patiently helped the other customers. I was impressed that he remained calm and professional under the circumstances. He fixed the problem and I was in my way.

I really like the employees and the attention to detail when I've had my bikes serviced there. I can do most repairs by myself but when I can't, I expect the work to be done correctly and Jax has delivered on that. They always have some deals on new bikes so check them out. Great store and great people.

Quick turn-around...
I had a problem with my SRAM Rival bike. I had brought it to three other bike shops and each attempted to resolve a noise indue. Each said they had fixed the issue but each did not. I have had the opportunity to ride the bike yet but JAX did. The service manager who performed the work impressed me with his customer service and knowledge.
