I work at Circle K across the street and I recommend all my customers, that Jack’s bicycle center is the way to go. I have always loved this place, but once I noticed how committed to customer service and epic treatment of bikes, the store has, I came to love it even more. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable, and always ready to give a helping hand. It’s obvious that everyone in the store is pretty much family to one another and it shows. They make you feel welcome as a customer and they take care of your Bike as if they understand that for many of us, our bikes are our babies. We love them. And they respect that. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I can't say enough good things to adequately describe the extremely high level of service that I received. Warm, friendly, and caring are words that I will use to try to describe what I experienced when I brought my troubled bike in for diagnostics services. I was very pleased with the customer service at Jax Bicycle Center San Clemente. They were very friendly and had my bike ready in only two days! Everything was done with care and their mechanics are very thorough and my bike has always been maintained properly. I highly recommend anyone looking for service on their bike to come here.
Staff's always friendly and approachable, it's easy to feel like a noob in bike shops when you're looking for help with fixes/repairs and I never get that feeling at Jax, which is much appreciated.
