I called the store inquiring about a Trek Roscoe 7. John Brady answered the phone and helped me out. He was able to reserve the bike for me until I got off work. (It was the last one in stock) Once I arrived at the location I talked to John and he was a wealth of knowledge. He was able to answer all my questions, which I had a lot of since this is my first mountain bike.
I am very satisfied with the customer service and I will refer all my friends and family to Jax.

I have been a customer for at least 5 years and have always gotten the best service. But my latest experience was even better. Shipping an ebike to my daughter in Pacific Grove was something I was not accustomed to but you guys really took all the hassle away.
After scheduling the shipment with Bike Flights I dropped the bike off and you did everything else.. And even offered to affix the shipping labels to save me a trip.
I cannot thank you enough. Really appreciated.

The manager Jeff was extremely helpful with picking out a new bike, test riding it, and getting several accessories for my bike (and even my kids bikes). One of the things that really stood out to me was he brought a second bike out on road next to me while I was testing out the new electric bike, at first I was kind of surprised he was coming with me, most other bike shops don’t do that, but it ended up being a good thing. He was showing me how to use all the different buttons/settings during the ride, and I felt very confident that I knew how to use all the main features and could use it on my own in the future. Your prices were very fair too. I will definitely continue to support your shop. Thank you! 😊
