Took my bike in for a tune up. EXCELLENT customer service. I wish I remembered the guys name but he was awesome. Explained everything to me in great detail as far as what he could see was needed to be fixed or replaced and why. When I picked up my bike it looked gorgeous. Thank you guys for a great experience and awesome customer service.

Low key sales approach; more of providing counseling as to what are the best options. Nice customer service in installing everything we buy such as safety lights, clip-on pedals, etc. and then making sure that we are properly seated. We have heard others compliment the team here and we now understand why.
