The employees at Irvine’s Jax simply engage with a customer. By that I mean they listen patiently & answer questions thoughtfully. It’s a place that I feel I am visiting with friendly folks rather than just shopping with disinterested sales people. A good place to buy a bike. I’ve bought 2 from Ajax.

I came in yesterday for a flat tire. The young man fixed it while I walked around the block. My only concern is this was my 6th flat tire in 200 miles. I must be unlucky. I do enjoy my new bike and love how comfortable it is to ride. I'm 83.
