Quite frankly I can buy most of the products anywhere. However, I prefer to shop at local businesses and I choose to shop at Jax in Murrieta because they have an excellent staff that is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I always have a positive experience when i shop there.
The staff at Jax in Fullerton make me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. When I bought my newest bike from them they helped me to get the bike very quickly; even amongst these crazy times the COVID pandemic has created in bikes being available for purchase. But now everytime I go into the store for warranty issues or to pick up supplies; I am usually greeted by my first name and a hand shake. They have been very busy with all of the people bringing there bikes in for repairs, but I do not have any problem waiting to get my bike to them or just to talk about what they would suggest i do to resolve any issues I might be having.

I drove in from Las Vegas to get a bike I bought on line. I ended you seeing another bike I liked better in the shop. I worked with Tito. He took me on a great test ride with the 2 bikes I liked. I ended up buying 2 new bikes. Tito went over everything about the bikes and answered all my questions. They even helped me load my bikes. The whole experience was wonderful and fun
