I recently went to do some repair work at the Jax Bicycle Center in Irvine. The representative quickly identified the problem and explained to me what needed to be done. They repaired my bicycle quickly.

Knowledgeable and quick to find solutions
Jax is awesome. They're very easy to work with, caring, responsive, and have always been great to deal with. I purchased a bike from them about 6 years ago and I keep going back if I need service or any issues. They were temporarily understaffed the day I went in and they still worked hard to get everything done and completed on time.
I keep seeing the same faces there over the years so I hope that means they treat their team well. I'd highly recommend this place!

The service department is excellent. I brought in an old Schwinn beach cruiser that had been in storage. Craig thoroughly inspected all of the parts, made necessary adjustments and cleaned it to showroom standards. The fair cost, and the respect he showed towards a bike with great sentimental value is rare to find today. I will be a loyal customer and highly recommend Jax for service and purchasing a new bicycle (electric or otherwise).
The salesman was awesome and had great knowledge of the products available and was friendly and helpful and spent time with us to help us find the right bike. I would definitely recommend this store for any bike related services or sales.

We have bought many bikes, but the repair service is great. Sabatian was great, fixed my bike and great customer service.
I was having trouble with my brakes. Took my bike in and they corrected my problem with the brakes. They also checked out my gears. All was done within maybe 20 minutes at the max. Extremely satisfied.
