So appreciated all the time they took to make sure I could properly operate and get in and out of the car with taking off the wheel etc with my new bike. I came in with a concern for a second opinion on a brake job I recently had done on my e-bike.
After talking with the shop that performed the services they were trying to gouged me for another expensive repair to fix my concern. I decided to get a second opinion and stop by to speak to Andrew & sarge (Craig) in which took the time to understand what had been done. They took apart my bike and offered me a solution that ultimately I felt comfortable doing. Not only did they save me money, but also spoke to me on a level that I could understand because I’m more familiar with car parts. I’m still new to this bike world so I think them for being so professional and kind and helpful and I definitely will recommend anyone that I know that rides bikes or wants to get into biking to go to these guys.

The mechanic/sales person, Dave was really helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions on my bike and the bike I was looking at (even though I didn't purchase the Madone.)
When my bike was returned, the components looked brand new and the new components worked well. I'm really glad I had the work done.
Came in to get my daughter a new bike, staff was very knowledgeable about options for kids. Helped show the different options and helped fit which one was best for my daughter to use now but also grow into. There was some extra accessories my daughter wanted and they were able to add those on while we waited. When I left the shop the bike was ready to start riding right away.
