We had a great experience. What caught our eye was the amazingly priced preowned bikes from the window. And we ended up purchasing two and a new bike for my son and put it on layaway. Jose was amazing! We are so happy with our decision to walk in spontaneously on a Saturday morning, and we will definitely be coming back again for more bikes in the future.
Jason is sincere, knowledgeable, and is an all around ace at customer service! Purchased a trek top fuel 9.7 at an amazing price, great bike! The mechanic is super helpful as well.

I had specific questions regarding engagement issues with my current wheel hub. The very knowledgeable staff knew exactly what I was talking about and suggested an outstanding pair of wheels that completely surpassed my expectations. I also asked to increase the climbing ability and added a 11-34T cassette. All parts were ordered, installed, and adjusted in less than 24hrs. A huge thanks to the staff at the Laguna Niguel store for the professional advice and quick turnaround.
