Jax customer service is always amazing! Whenever I have an issue one of the guys immediately throws my bike up on the stand and quickly remedy’s the issue.
If the problem requires more attention then they can give it at that time, I’m never without my bike for more than a day or two max. Their mechanics do an excellent job and really know their way around a bike.
