I recently purchased a FX5 sport. The cost of this purchase was more than I was expecting to pay for a bike. Looking for a fitness type bicycle the model. I was interested in was no longer available. So, searching the inventory with my salesman Anders, we came across the last FX5 Sport available in my size. Putting off purchasing a bike for a couple of years and saving up for a new bicycle I was able to afford this decision on the FX5sport. Salesman Anders does a great job for the company. He is very knowledgeable, explains things thoroughly and had answers for all my questions plus giving helpful tips and advice. After my first couple of rides am totally thrilled with the bike. There were a few issues with the front disc and seat position which were taken care of right away as I made a pit stop into the store. Overall, I I feel that I made the right choice in selecting Jax as my go to bike shop and store.
