I initially came in for a rear tire replacement and drivetrain cleaning. The mechanic who assisted me (name not recalled), did a preliminary inspection and gave me some valuable tips. In addition, he took the time to adjust my bicycle seat without asking. He replaced my bike tire on the spot and recommended me to come back later to do the drivetrain cleaning and front tire since it was still good. I appreciate his professionalism.

I came in needing to figure out a new seat post or clamp. I couldn't bring the bike in since it's a large trike that doesn't fit in my car. I came in with the post I had and the new seat I wanted to use, and Natalie figured out the best solution for us. My son was very excited to go home and ride around our culdesac again! Thanks for taking so much time and caring about what was probably a really little problem and definitely not an expensive purchase, but it meant a lot to our family.
