just excellent service! It's been a while. We went to Jax back during the mid-70s to mid 80s. My brother bought 2 racing tandems there and other bikes. LOVE RIDING MY BIKE NOW! iT WAS A WHOLE LOT SMALLER THEN.
Jax has had everything I needed for my bike. All staff is very professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and very willing to help. You don’t leave the store with questions and you do leave it with lots of information.

Great products and service!
Guys replaced a tube and new tape for my rim. The replacement tube had no threads and my pump at home couldn’t seal on it properly. Brought it back the next day and they swapped it out for a new tube with threads, no questions asked. Made sure I was satisfied customer. Good guys.
