Jospeh was very kind and patient when i went to get an specific bike to take it with me overseas, he gave me options and guided me through everything. The bike i bought was carefully wrapped and i am very happy withtheir service. The store in Murrieta is big and spacious plus they always have good promos and discounts.

Jax has a large selection of products. I'm always likely to find something I need or could use. The staff was very helpful when answering all my questions. I like that the staff are actually into biking and can answer questions based on their own experiences.

We brought our daughter's bike to get her front brakes repaired and her rear brakes looked at. They fit us in right away and were very knowledgeable and confident about the repair work. They also fixed the kickstand and gave some recommendations on routine care. Prior to coming to Jax Bicycle Center, we took her bike to a different shop for the same problem and paid the same price but the fix only lasted a few days. Save your money and just bring your bike here, to the experts!
