I can’t’ say enough good things about the quality-of-service every time I visit the employee team at Jax Bicycle Center in Murrieta.
On my last visit I had the pleasure of working with a young lady by the name of Natalie. She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I simply went in for a tube replacement, but she took the time to do a quick once over of my bike checking my gears, breaks, and tire tracking. Then she proceeded to give my bike some oil and a frame wipe down. It’s little details like this that make a customer experience a pleasurable one. Thank you, Natalie, and thank you to the rest of the team at Jax’s!

We always go to JAX bike shop, have since they opened, they are VERY knowledgeable and always friendly, they have a new manager named Vince he is also very Happy to help you and answer any questions you have, he is also very friendly and knowledgeable, chef Jeff and JT are very good and quick at repairs. Casey and Sherry are also a big help. We would recommend JAX for any bike repairs or even a new bike they have a great selection to fit anyone.

The technicians are always very thorough in their explanation of what my bicycle needed when I bring it in for repair. Everyone at Jax makes me feel like family. They never try to up sell me. Just this past week I brought my bicycle in for repair and I asked how much life I had left in my tires. They told me that I could go a little longer on them before they need replacing, which was great to hear. They could have easily convinced me that I needed to change them out right then and there.

When you have a question they have a solution. No matter the subject Jax staff is very knowledgeable and have the ability to make sure you understand without being made to feel stupid. They do not try to upsell you on any of their bikes or other products, but will make suggestions to ensure your experience is worth the money.

I've been here a Couple of times for some custom retrofit of my Cannondale CAAD12 into the lightest beach cruiser around! I was a racer back in the 70's and just don't wanna be that guy anymore, preferring to cruise the rest of my life with my wife, at the beach, with as much ease as possible! And these guys are making it happen.
Switched the drop bars to cruiser bars and kept all the original Tiagra brakes and shifters, got wider Gatorskin tires and I'm good to go!
