I took my bike in for a tune-up, it was a seamless process. Staff was very nice and answered all of the questions I had as well as ones I didn't think to ask. I inquired about the Townie Electric bikes and Jeff was nice enough to accompany me on a Test Ride. They have a great selection of bikes and accessories. The service was done as promised and on time. Bike rode like a dream going home. Will definitely be coming back for future service an to get a townie electric.

I brought the bike in 15 min before the shop closed and Jacob did help to fix the break and adjust the tires too. My boy 11 yr old have a ride at school the next day and need to fix the break. We did check out other bike shop and they couldn't help us until next day.

Jax Bicycle Center, Murrieta, CA, has an excellent selection of all types of bikes, including electric bikes and accessories among other things, for adults and kids. Also, prices were reasonable with discounts on many items. My wife and I were most impressed with the Trek bicycles, which we purchased with several related accessories such as helmets, lights, lock, water bottle/holder, mobile air pump and service policy. Sales manager Sherrie especially impressed us with her friendly, personable attitude. She was knowledgeable about all the products, with years of riding experience to back it up! She took the time to discuss each bike and helped us choose the right ones to fit out size, abilities, and interests. We would highly recommend Jax Bicycle Center in Murrieta, CA, to anyone looking to purchase a quality bike and/or accessories!
