My broke down and the bike tech made the repairs and gave a quick bike tune up. Only charged the minimum rate. The manager is a very friendly and knowledgeable about bikes. Thank you folks for taking care of my bike.
The shop is stocked with good variety of bikes and the price looks competitive and reasonable.
Excellent service with fast turnaround
I stopped by Jax Irvine recently for some help with a flat tire and to have flat resistant tape installed. I spoke with Don and the mechanic on duty (I forgot his name. Both employees were extremely helpful and I soon learned were VERY knowledgeable about parts, service available, and about how to upgrade my favorite Bike. And perhaps more importantly both gentlemen never made me feel pressured or hurried. I think Jax is my new "go to" bike shop!
I had not taken my bike in for service in a few years. I received the bike quicker than expected and when I went for a ride, it felt brand new. I appreciated them fine tuning the brakes, gears, chain, grips, and seat. Thank you!
I am an out of town visitor and had a flat tire that I was able to get fixed right away as a walk in. Staff helpful, friendly, and professional. At a good price. I will definitely be back, as we are a regular visitor to this area.
