Fantastic staff! I was in the store, about a month apart. I first met with Manny who was more then helpful in guiding me towards a bike that would fit my interest and needs. When I first arrived, the store was closing for lunch but they left me in where I was helped by Manny. Fast forward about a month, I return to the store and meet with Collin. I take about my earlier interactions with Manny and he helped dial me into the right choice of bicycle for me. I needed several accessory (including a helmet) and he helped select one for me. Both sales reps were very patient and knowledgeable when answering my many questions. Thank you very much!

The friendly and knowledgeable employees are great. They take the time to explain things whether it be for a purchase or for service. They don’t talk down to people or get impatient with questions that perhaps are very very basic. That’s why I go to Jax even though there are bike shops that are closer to my home.

Everybody in the store is knowledgeable about bikes. A big plus is how they are all friendly and accommodating. Never felt like they were up selling me nor taking advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to bikes. They were, in fact, very helpful by explaining what needed to be done with my bike and when I can come back for parts and service without pushing. My go to store now..

Jessie, Colin & the team were great on this rainy Saturday. We were wrapping up a 10 cycling vacation on the CA coast and decided on a scenic spin from Irvine to Huntington Beach. Well the skies opened up and I ran over something that caused sealant to run down the rain-filled gutter just as we pulled into Huntington Beach. A local gave us directions to Jax and there we spent the better part of the next two hours thawing out, eating, topping off sealant and waiting for the storm to blow through before our return to Irvine.
