The sales person I first encountered about buying a bike wasn't that informed and pretty much useless. I decided to keep my current bike and have it tuned up. The mechanic was fantastic and went over every issue my bike had and plenty of options to improve it. Great Experience.

I was on a ride stopped in to have my chain check for wear after 1800 miles. Service tech changed it out and had me back on the road in 1/2 hour. The Huntington Beach store staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased two mountain bikes from Trek, Remedy and a Rail 5. Both bikes have been great and fun to ride.

Service Area Staff Was Stellar! Wasn’t even a brand of E-Bike they carry. Technicians were able to fix a fairly complicated problem within a couple of hours. On top of that I didn’t have an appointment, I just rode in.
Everyone is always very helpful and the work on my bike is always excellent.

Everyone was very friendly and they all knew their stuff.
The staff (particularly my main sales rep, Johnny) took a lot of time to make sure I was buying the right bike. He asked lots of questions and got to know what kind of rider I am, and never made me feel pressured to make a snap decision. After I made the purchase, the service team went over my bike thoroughly (again, asking me lots of questions) to make sure my bike was set up correctly for me. They went over everything with me to make sure I was familiar with the components (suspension, drivetrain, etc.). The whole experience made me feel very confident in my purchase.
