We came in on Memorial Day. Manny helped us purchase a Trek 820 for my 13 y/o son. He took the time to explain how the gears/shifting worked. He showed him placement of the seat and how to determine when he needs a new bike. He also educated him on why a tune up in the first 6 months was necessary. Manny did a great job and my son left with a new bike and even more excited than he was coming in. Thank you!
