A young woman named Sam (I think) was the person who helped me.
I asked her a specific question about a problem I have had keeping goatheads from popping my daughter's tires. She knew exactly what I needed and walked me directly to the place in the store it was kept.
She then looked up the correct size of the tire liners I needed and even walked me over to the register and rang me up.

Great service! Collectively, IMT is a group that is willing to bend over backwards for customer service. I showed up with a flat tire on my commuter bike one evening. I was not only let in, but without discussion an employee stayed late to fix the flat so I could get on my way.
