Always friendly and efficient service. Yesterday, employees got my bike tires repaired within an hour and when I was having difficulty loading my bike on the rack, someone ran out of the store and helped me.

Dax was a wonderful salesperson to work with. It felt like shopping with my super knowledgeable uncle or cousin. I am not great at researching, so I take personal recommendations to heart, and he really explained each aspect of the bike I was interested in, and even entertained my questions of comparison for other bikes. He was thorough and thoughtful and wanted to ensure I felt comfortable and secure with my purchase. It was a wonderful experience!
