Idaho mountain Touring is the best bike shop sports store in Boise, it is laid out so very well with its displays and good verity of products, the Staff are always polite and helpful, three years ago I bought my Trek District 4 commuter bike their, $1800 just outstanding bike, the service and setup was also outstanding I've worked in two California Bike shops over the years and i'll have to confess the staff and service at Idaho mountain Touring is better, I've been shopping here 13 years now, and is always my go to place when I need things for my four bikes, we all know Boise is the best Bicycle city in the North west, and we have about nine shops in the area and for me Idaho Mountain Touring is the best to the staff thank you Tyrone Nugent

My wife and I have been mountain biking for several years but over the past few not so much. Wanting to get back into it, we were really needing to update our bikes and equipment. We've always supported local businesses and have bought and serviced bikes at ID Mountain Touring in the past with great results, so that's the firsts place we went. Absolutely love the vibe of this store. I talked with Jared a couple of times about our situation, needs and wants and how I was out of date with the latest technology. He took the time to really listen and explain the latest technology of the bikes that would check all the boxes of our needs. I brought my wife back this weekend and Jared again spent so much time with us, explaining and fitting us to the right bikes. His patience and passion for biking is appreciated and inspiring. We had such a great experience at Idaho Mountain Touring! Thank you amd we look forward to getting out there on our new bikes! Hope to see you on the trails!

Exceptional customer service! Carly went above and beyond to reach out and confirm my web purchase was what I still wanted due to the condition. Most companies would’ve just sent it and then why would’ve had to return it if it was not what we had anticipated. I appreciate her reaching out, sending pictures and allowing me to make the decision to confirm the purchase thoroughly without being there in person.
