I have always had great service at Idaho Mountain Touring. Recently, Danny (the sales associate) went above and beyond my expectations. I like the way they try to understand your needs before making suggestions and then it's a no pressure approach.
We just bought two Trek Allant+ 7s Staggers and the sales and service were outstanding. The guys (Soap and Cristo, my apologies for the spelling but you know who they are) were knowledgeable and just fun to talk with. Everything including getting the bikes loaded on our carrier as we left. Very pleased and highly recommended! Thanks to all for your help.
