Great customer service! It’s hard to find in stock bikes right now. Called IMT and they offered to assemble a bike for me to see within a day or two. They called the next day to say it was assembled. Once I got there they took great care of us! Will definitely go back!

After checking things out on your website and seeing that you had what we were looking for, I called in the following day and was fortunate to speak with Morgan. She answered all my questions, checked on stock availability (visually and physically), answered more questions and made it possible to purchase and get the exact bike my wife was hoping for all in one call over the phone, so we could pick it up in the future. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. If Morgan could be cloned, so all employees everywhere worked as efficiently as she did when I called in, I'd probably cuss less, have to apologize less, and eat less Ben & Jerry's ice cream to help me relax.
