Scheduled me on Easter Sunday so I took it in the next day and they apologized and had the bike done by the scheduled date even though it was a day late. Good work on the bike when I was in store, quick and efficient to find problems and solutions and explain them to me. My bike rides like new, already made my friend go take his bike in: 10/10

A superior product line. Knowledgeable staff. Really happy I called about the Electra. Received a return call whenever the bike I inquired about was put together for me to see. The Trek store didn't have the Lux 7, so was really surprised when your store had one ready to show. I have been looking for a bike of this type for some time. It is priced nearly where the steel frame and generic component similar models at the big box stores. Yet a truly superior product. Been on two 8 miles rides around the neighborhood. A great machine.
