Great service! Collectively, IMT is a group that is willing to bend over backwards for customer service. I showed up with a flat tire on my commuter bike one evening. I was not only let in, but without discussion an employee stayed late to fix the flat so I could get on my way.

The prices are no different than buying on line. I almost always find what I need and I like not having to wait for shipping. Lastly, I have been always been treated with respect and attention. All the employees are very professional.

After searching for a particular jacket that was not available elsewhere, I was thrilled to find it on your website. I hesitated because I was unfamiliar with your store but thought, OK, they use PayPal, that's safe! You guys sent it out immediately the next AM!!

I decided that I wanted a mountain bike at the worst possible time, so I spent my day off going to 8 different local bike shops with no luck. Idaho mountain touring was my last stop. Even though I ended up purchasing a bike that was closer to the specs I wanted from a different shop, the level of service I received was by far the best I received out of any of the 8 shops I visited that day. I am going to make Idaho mountain touring my main shop for all the accessories and upgrades I need for my new bike and any future bike I will own.
Very friendly service. We were in to look at bikes for my young son, and the employee we worked with was nice enough to talk directly to him (4 years old), which is rare, and very appreciated.
