Great staff
Bought a Trek Marlin from the Broadway location yesterday. The floor associate who helped me with the bike, peddles, shoes etc was awesome. Was more like hanging with a knowledgeable buddy, than a sales person. Super knowledgeable, both practical and technical. Was a fun experience.

I've been a customer of Helen's since 1985. I have purchased several bicycles from you and use your service department for all of my bicycles. My most recent experience was excellent with the service tech Edber Mendoza calling me to explain something before making the appropriate adjustment.
However, what most endears me to Helen's was an issue I had in 2013. I had a warranty issue with my Cannondale and the Helen's staff advocated for me and got me a new bicycle. It was 4 star service for which I remain grateful.

I had a great experience purchasing a trek fx last week. I was very happy that I was able to take the bike on the same day even with needing a rack and kickstand added. Cameron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend Helen's, and even Cameron to friends, and I would definitely go back to him and this store to buy my next bike.

Mike was very helpful, professional and very friendly!! I was looking for a Trek FX Sport 6 and they are on back order where I live in San Diego. With Mike's help, I was able to purchase this bike from Helen's Cycles and have it shipped to San Diego. Now I'll be riding again in just a few days as opposed to waiting for several months!! Told me my bike would be ready in august. Never gave me any updates. I called and they updated to September. Then to December. Then to January. It’s almost February and I still don’t have the bike.

Friendly service but I was disappointed that I had dropped my bike off the day before (Friday midday) with the agreement that I would pick it up the next day (Sat) upon opening. When I arrived to pick it up the next day (Saturday midday) it had not even been looked at yet. It was only a front tire tube replacement and the rep fixed it quickly upon my arrival, but the expectation was that it had already been done. A bit disappointing but fortunately I had the time to wait.
