I ordered the Zipp 10 speed conversion kit for Campagnolo. The kit is supposed to contain 2 washers, a cap, a dust cover, and the hub. The kit came with everything but the washers. Per Zipp's instructions, you cannot use the hub without the 2 washers without risking seizure. Also, I was charged $45 for shipping through bike flights for a very small package. This is ridiculous when USPS, UPS, or FedEx are much cheaper options.
Service guys very helpful
I always love to visit helen’s and the people are always friendly. This time however I had a bike that was being shipped on June 16th and wasn’t shipped until June 22nd. I was told it was packed june 15th and ready to go. I needed it the weekend of June 24th.
Rent a bike for one day, the bike is good and comfortable for ride.
The staff is kind and helpful.
