What really stands out for me is that you’re staff doesn’t embody any of the cyclist entitlement and snobbery that often happens in places where ultra high end, state of the art technology is involved. Thank you for being such nice, down to earth people.

Large store, good selection, ample inventory, and friendly workers. The salesperson that helped me was very patient and helpful, and spoke to me about all the options I had available.

Has many parts in stock but can also get them from another store very quickly.
Offers alternate ways to repairs depending on how you ride. The ask questions before recommending solutions. They don't push for things you don't need or things that could wait into the future.
Repair staff is very good from my experience.

Everything went smooth, don't get me wrong. Came for a mid-level tune up (not the basic, but not the full overhaul, whatever was in between). One thing I *wish* I could have had was more of a discussion about what may be needed during the "intake" process - questions about any minor problems/ailments that have been observed, things to check out, etc. Also would love to have had some feedback on if there were any items that may need replacing soon... It's even an upsell opportunity for you all =)
All that said, will defintely be back...

In fact, I realized after making my purchase that I had been charged too much.
I always buy Clif Bloks from you because of the 20% discount applied to a full box, with the freedom to mix and match flavors. Before purchasing the clerk confirmed that this discount still applied, but the total charge came to $42.66. The last time I bought the same item I was charged $36.32, so I believe that the clerk failed to apply the discount and I am owed $6.34.
I do not have the transaction ID but the sale is date stamped 1/23/22 at 2:30pm. I presume that the unique URL of this survey should be associated with that transaction and that Helen's can contact me via the email address to which the survey link was sent.
