Mike is an exceptional manager, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional, courteous, and exudes excellence and excellent communication skills. Out of all the Cycling businesses I have visited since moving to LA 6 years ago, Helen's Cycles has the best staff, the best inventory, the best bike techs, of any other place I have seen. I always recommend your store to anyone I talk to who asks me about my Pinarello, and I have posted 5 star reviews online directing people to the store as well. The folks you have working there are amazing people and are amazing at their jobs, and I can't thank you enough.

I buy all my bike equipment and service all my bikes at Helen's and have bought my mountain bike and several road bikes.
Recently I bought a set of bike lights and the attachment piece fell apart while riding and the sales men told me to go to Amazon to get a replacement.
I have been loyal to Helen's, I could have bought the lights at Amazon but I didn't because I like the service at Helen's. To have the service missing and to be charged on a new purchase is petty on the sales team.
