Helens cycle is great, the mechanics are knowledgeable and the service is always consistent. Cost is very reasonable.
Price to adjust rear derailleur was reasonable ($20), and I was able to chat with the technician to understand what he found and the work he performed. When I dropped the bike off, I was a little put out to find that the certificate for a free first tuneup that came with my new bike was only valid at the Woodland Hills Trek store where I bought the bike (only place I could find that had it in stock).
Hi, your customer services was great! Shout out to Mario. I had come in with a positive mind set and he just really convinced me to get a new bike. I never get pressured but his knowledge to answer my questions helped me make a decision.

We purchased two Trek bicycles which appear to be of good quality in the price range we had hoped for. The salesperson Brady was informative and helpful in selecting the right bicycles and accessories for our needs. It was quick and easy. Cameron delivered our bikes to us the next day with all accessories installed as ordered. He was friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, Helen's has their game tight and I'd of course recommend them to anyone!

Good selection of e-bikes and the sales associate who helped me, Mike, was very helpful and made sure my bike was set up perfectly for me.
I was visiting from out of state, I bent my derailleur and subsequently Broke my chain. Mike got me in, fixed and back on the road in 20 minutes. Kind, courteous, professional, and kind are just a few of the words for care I received.
Brought my Trek FX3 in because I had a tube that went flat. Took the bike in, said it would be 10 minutes and it was less than 10 minutes to fix. Service guy also got me setup with a spare tube and all the pieces i'd need to fix myself in the future. I was impressed with the level of service and love Helen's for this reason.
Everyone in the store who helped me was so friendly and informative and I really appreciated being able to test out my bike. It was also great that they helped me customize my purchase by installing a kickstand and water bottle holder. 10/10!!
