Staff is exceptional
Brought my daughter’s 3-speed bike in for a tuneup so that I could give it to my niece. Helen’s made the bike look and ride like new. It was completed when promised and they helped me load it in my car.

Love this store. Everyone is helpful and know what they are all about. You can ask anyone and there will always be someone there qualified to help you. They have my full consumer support and would likely recommend. And I pass a good 5 or 6 stores in my way there. Thats how good they are.

I brought my bike for ultra maintenance $350
I got it back and chain was skipping links. I brought it back , technician said might need to replace cassette. But it wasn’t happening before. After further look he noticed that chain wasn’t adjusted properly. He adjusted it and everything was fine. I expected better quality assurance for these maintenance

You completed the work by the day you said that you would complete it. Those who worked on my bike were very precise and the results of their knowledge and skill are reflected in how well my bike works.

This is the second Trek bike I have bought from Helens. The salesman was not pushy. He gave me several options , price, components, brands, and also explained all the features of each bike.
Also, over the past 25 years I usually bring my bike to Helens for any repairs I need. I am happy with all aspects of their customer service.
