Eric was very responsive and attentive to my needs. I was very pleased with his knowledge and customer service.
I took my bike to the service dept. to replace a chain. This was around 4 pm. I was lucky in that there was only one bike other than mine there and the mechanic said he could take my bike and finish right an away. He did so and I was out of there in a matter of a few minutes. Very lucky and good service.

I had a wonderful experience at Helen's yesterday! Chris (the Brit) was enormously helpful. I just got a new road bike but needed all sorts of gear and he spent almost two hours with me, helping me pick out shoes, leggings, a jersey, bike tools, and water bottles. He also adjusted my seat and pedals for me. He was just absolutely the most helpful, polite and professional person I have encountered in a long time. He answered my many questions and put up with my general indecisiveness. Give this man a raise! I will be going back to Helens many times in the future for all of my cycling needs because of this positive experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Store is in a very upscale community so prices are high. They used to give 10% discount off bikes to repeat customers. This probably stopped during Covid. I would suggest bringing it back. Thanks
