Needed new brake pads. Got em. Real easy. The gentleman offered to put them on for them but I thought I'd take a shot at it on my own. Very affordable and easy.

I love Helen’s. The staff always helpful and very genuine with any of their advice and recommendations. Always willing to answer questions..even my dumb questions :). The quality of their service is great too. I’ve had 4 different bikes serviced here for various reasons. This will always be my go-to spot.

The staff was very helpful and prompt especially Mr. Scott. He made sure everything was kept ready as my wife was in LA for work and she picked the bike for me.
Would be nice if you could keep more accessories for the brands you have. Like I wanted Trek bottles, Trek light remote etc. But overall a super experience I have had and will definitely recommend you guys! Now you can send me a Trek jersey for my kind words ha ha just kidding! 😅

To be specific my name is Name removed and my mother and I traveled together along with my nephew 4 hours from Merced, CA to pick up our bikes. This being our first time it was a great unforgettable first impression! We were helped by one of the bosses named Josh who gave us excellent customer service! Great conversation and helpful tips, as well as welcoming energy. I cant say enough how awesome Josh was while he helped my mother and I. If I could give 11 on a scale of 1 out of 10 I would. The service was off the charts! And I'll be back in future for sure. Thank you!! Five Stars!!

I live on Maui and was treated like a long standing customer that lived next door. Truly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 72 years. Maybe one day they will expand and open up in Hawaii.
