I was in LA for the Porsche Event few weeks ago and walked in to the Manhattan Beach location store where I was greeted by Seth who asked if I needed assistance. I asked what I was looking for and he told me they have what I want at the Santa Monica Location. I told him what I wanted and he should ring up the Bike so he can get the commission but he said to me, not to worry about that. Go see it and take it for a spin. He wanted me to make sure I was getting the right one for me. 1 hour later I walked in and was greeted by Monty and he was awesome. In 10
Min I was on my way back to my state and had the bike shipped to me. It was a great Experience.

The customer service I received from the repair shop was excellent. I noticed I needed additional repairs after a tune up. They charged me only for parts and did the additional labor at no extra cost. in fact, the bike had to go back a third to get it behaving how I liked it, and they were not happy until I was happy.
