Very good customer service. Milton was very helpful and fixed my bike. I love it now.
My bike is 35 years old and your crew has given it tune-ups for many, many years. But it finally needed a new rear hub. What a difference! My bike is riding so smoothly, now. Even the hills are easier to climb. Thanks for working on it.

I only take our bicycles to Helen’s for servicing. Edgar is the best mechanic. He’s got those magic hands and eyes in which the bicycles always seem to ride better after he adjusts them.

I brought my bike in to have my rock shox revelation serviced/rebuilt. I was told that there are no parts for it since it is too old. They convinced me to buy a new shock and have them install it at around $430, but I have since found plenty of parts online for my shock.
A rebuild kit goes for around $50, and I imagine the labor would be in the $150 range.
I have bought all my bikes thru Helens and have trusted your shop throughout the years. This was a very big let down.

Edgar is the best cycling mechanic you have and Greg is really good as well and makes sure if I need something and it is not in stock he gets it ordered for me! They both go above and beyond to help the people that come into Helen's Cycles Manhattan Beach. I have been going to Helen's Cycles Manhattan Beach for almost 25 years and I go out of my way to have Edgar and Greg work on my bikes and buy things as I do not live close by.
Fast and excellent service. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They're definitely earning my business.

Nice selection and a great staff. Ernesto is a great asset to the store. So is Winston. Actually the whole team at I.Martin is terrific. They are friendly, knowledgeable and competent. And they are low pressure (no pressure really, just information and options) when it comes to sales. I would definitely recommend I.Martin to anyone shopping for a bike or bike repair.
