Very knowledgeable, respectful and helpful employees. If they don't have it on the floor they'll get it for you in a very timely manner.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, reasonable, sometimes very quick turnaround will keep me coming back!
The service & sales representative’s at I. Martin Bicycles are amazingly knowledgeable about the products they sell & it’s abundantly clear that they want their customers to be really happy with their purchases & or repairs which;, is why I have purchased my bicycles from here since the 1980’s
Prompt and friendly staff always, however on my last visit I told repair staff I had a flat and asked if he could diagnose. He replaced the tube and handed me a bill. I would have appreciated if I was told about any charges up front.
Fast service, reliable staff.
Great store found everything I needed! Staff was very nice and the best assistance. Awesome! 🤩
I think that bike accessories could be cheaper because it can increase sales by customers know I can spend big $$$ on a bike and come back to buy accessories at a decent price. Keeping a returning customer happy and staying competitive with large departments store who sell bike accessories.

Nice, friendly staff. Informative about the products without being a pushy sales person. Lots of stock.
Knowledgeable staff
Service, parts, accessories, apparel
Spent $540 for tune up & clean, brake bleed, and go tubeless (provided sealant) for two bikes. Bikes came back not very clean considering it was $60 per bike, grease overflow on the front axle of one bike, and one brake dragging the rotor.
Most items needed are in stock
Super fast service for a flat tire. Much appreciated!
The entire team was warm, welcoming and incredibly informative. I never felt pressure to purchase, but informed to make the correct purchase for me. I would recommend to any friend!
Prompt kind service
Responsive. Great service.
Edgar, the mechanic, was able to help me with my rear derailleur when I was in a pinch. I didn’t have an appointment and had a 75 mile training ride the following morning. Edgar took the time out of his busy schedule to get my bike running properly and did it with a great attitude and a smile. Wonderful customer service!
Inventory, and knowledgeable staff
When I spoke to one of the managers, I was telling him I had issues with replacing a cassette to a new wheel set I purchased. Apparently the hub on the new wheels were different than the ones I bought. One was designed for a hybrid between shimano and campy, the other was strictly shimano. In any case I couldn’t figure out why the lock ring couldn’t fit so I asked him about it and/or what tool should I use. His response was that’s impossible, all free hubs are the same size. and the other was due to an unusual size. When I told him that this was not the case, he became defensive and argumentative. I told him I was simply asking a question and he said it looks like you’re “just wound up and that maybe you should go to a Starbucks while we work on you’re wheel set”. I said, no I’ll just wait. I’ve been coming here for years and even bought a bike here, but this last experience was completely negative and confrontational. Wilburb, one of the mechanics was very patient and explained the issues which was just a simple swap of the lock ring for a shimano lock ring. I told him I just wanted to know what the issue was and he was very helpful. But the manager, not really sure what his title is, was completely rude and disrespectful. I like the shop over all but I’m not going back there is people are just going to argue with customers. Completely unprofessional.

I discovered (and unsuccessfully tried to fix) a derailleur misalignment issue when I was cleaning my bike on a Sunday. Id never been to the shop, and when I called Helen’s upon a friend’s recommendation, they said it sounds like a minor issue and to bring it in. After I waited a few minutes, Brooklyn grabbed my bike, quickly diagnosed a stretched cable, and immediately got to replacing it and recommended a chain lube for me to buy when I asked. The service was prompt, courteous, and professional. The shop has a wide selection of tools and accessories, too. I’ll definitely be back!
