It was my first time shopping at Helen’s Cycles and it was a great experience. You can tell the team is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Very happy with my pannier basket. I needed help getting a rack and they were able to determine what was a good fit for my bike and order it for me. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

I had two bikes, each with a flat tire. I came in at 4pm and was able to get both bikes taken care of before closing at 5pm. The service tech was super helpful and nice to deal with.

The service was quick and well done with attention to detail. My bike looked brand new and functioned like brand new. I bought it at HELENS in 2000 and put thousands of miles on it before I had a major health challenge. I'm back and gearing up for the MALIBU TRI where I will once again race with this bike. Great service
I had my bike served and took about 4 days.I ask if everything is okay ,if any issues that I have to aware of ...I was told -no issues. During my pick up I noticed someone adding air to my front tire .
I pick up my bike and test ride it ,was okay but the very next day the tire was complexly flat .
$140 service and the front tire sealant is gone -what else I can say ?
