I received very inconsistent information about your willingness to service my bike - I called twice, confirmed the specs/components, brought it in, was told you wouldn't work on it, then I asked why someone would tell me to bring it in, then it was okay, and honestly, after the whole experience I still don't understand if I should try in the future if I have any other maintenance issues.

iMartin on Beverly replaced my bent wheel. Also, unnecessarily replace tube. A friend has had to come back 3 times for flats on replaced tubes. I had to replace the tube a week after it was unnecessarily replaced. The installation cause the valve to blow.

Josh was amazing. Very pleased in my experience at Helen's and plan to recommend and use Helen in all my bike purchases.

Heard some spoke pinging on my rear wheel the day before I was to fly to Kansas for Unbound Gravel. Wilbur did a great job recognizing that I had a damaged rim and helped me to get a backup setup the same day. Finished and ended up having no mechanicals through 200 miles of rain, sharp rocks, water crossings, and mud.
