Absolutely amazing place. Cameron helped me from A to Z as I brought my bike in for a check up because it has squeaky brakes. I had also test drove a couple electric bikes and am looking forward to possibly getting a Trek .
Brooklyn the gentleman who fixed my bicycle was super supportive as I am not a major bike expert in answering all questions I had.
Great place to buy a bike and get it serviced. The staff is knowledgeable and does not try to sell you a more expensive bike you really don't need. The owner must treat his employees well because they have all been with Helen's for a very long time.

Moved to LA but no bike stand or tools. Bike was packed in movers box til I called Helen’s. Took them my boxed Merlin gravel and Helen’s team set it back up disc brakes and all.
My life is back in “tune” with a little help from Helen’s awesome team. 👍

This for a bike YOU sold me - should be free if the chain breaks 6 months into the ownership of a new bike - especially when the repair person says the original chain was defective
Oh well I buy my next bike from somewhere else

You fix a flat tire your charger more then what is supposed to and when you get home we find out the back brake was not working.

the repairs were done quickly which is great.
after replacing the chain, the cassette and the derailer, our tandem works better than it did, but the person who did the repairs did not take the time to assure that all gears are working well. several slip out. we need to bring the bike back for adjustments and i am sorry that you didnt do this completely the first time
