Lower prices? It's crazy that you charge OVER retail for many items. Not sure about bike prices, but some of your items have the MSRP on the package right next to your higher price.
I believe it was Greg who helped me pick out a bike. Couldn’t fit it in my car so he offered to deliver it to my house. Absolutely above and beyond the call of duty!

All Helen's Cycles equipment are top notch and the personal touch of the service they give is unmatched. They offer free bike maintenance for the 1st year of your purchase. And they install the bells and whistles you may add to your bike. I bought a lock, repair kit and pump, front and rear light, and a kick stand, of which they installed as a courtesy. I cant say enough about Helen's. I will be back.
