Amazing knowledge and service
Every time I bring my bike in for service, your mechanics always do an excellent job. If you don’t have the parts in your shop. It doesn’t take long to get the right products.
I've been a customer for many years because the service is always top notch. My most recent visit was for maintenance on my Trek Domane SL6 (new tubes & tires, chain, brake pads). Brooklyn (the technician) did a great job and the bike rides like new again.

I was looking for some very specialized Shimano road bike components and sent an email to Jay, expressing my interest in buying them from Helen's. He responded promptly and introduced me to Adam Lasky. Adam was very responsive and crafted a very workable solution. Most of the items were in stock, which was great, plus he was able to secure almost everything from Shimano. The last item was not going to be available until March 2023 so he located them elsewhere and provided that information. I was able to get them to complete my purchase.

We had a great experience purchasing our new Pinarello bikes. Both Mike and Brady were excellent in answering all of our questions and making sure that the bikes were ready.
I decided that I needed some spacers for the stem after I took my first long ride. I called them and they made it easy to purchase them over the phone and just shipped them to me, top-notch customer service!
Very patient, professional and fair. Brady was great with my son in picking the right bike. Mike, the manager was very helpful and made my son feel special for his birthday.
