Brady was na excellent salesman helping pick the perfect bike for my daughter.
I also had a tire repaired in service dept while I was shopping and it was done by the time I was ready to leave.
I like that you have competent people who know how to fix bikes and a good selection.
Brady Dehayes did a great job in showing and selling us two e mountain bikes. Also, I like Helens because it carries a lot of inventory, which is a big selling point in coming to visit your shop from Ventura.
I have a trek marlin 8. I’ve only got it serviced by you guys and have had nothing but problems with it. Today my chain snapped, again, and I flipped over the handlebars and got pretty banged up. You guys just fixed the chain. I brought it on early this afternoon. I’m not even sure why. If whoever is reading this can upgrade the to the next step up rear derailleur! And crankset and just see if the brakes and rims are damaged. The cost isn’t an issue.

Personal attention and product recommendation
I walked into Helen’s not knowing much about bikes, other than I wanted one for my commute. Everyone was incredibly helpful and walked me through different types of bikes that might work for my commute. Brady was especially patient as I continually returned with questions before finally pulling the trigger. I love my bike and Helen’s, my local bike shop!
Daniel and Greg both are excellent bike mechanics, service was excellent. I recommend to anyone asking for a good shop.

Quick, friendly service to get a bike wheel part replaced. I expected to leave the bike overnight but one of the technicians fixed it within five minutes at a very affordable cost. I bought one bike here and this is my go-to place to get service on either of my bikes. I recommend the shop to everyone.

Fantastic customer service (and I rarely ever say that about any store or retail establishment) and fair pricing for services.I was price gouged at one of your competitors for a very basic service (they charged me 5x what I was charged at Helen's). From now on I will definitely go to Helen's whenever I have a repair or issue that needs fixing with my bike.
