Awesome treatment given by Daniel. I was looking for this part for almost 6 months everywhere and until I reached Helen's Cycles Manhattan Beach store I was able to finish my search and get the spare part I needed.
Daniel also believe on me and was very patience on waiting for me on late arrival so I can get this part before my flight leaves. Totally a great and awesome experience.

I was in on Friday to get some new cleats for my shimano shoes.
I got a pair of Look Keo 4.5D in grey.
They were $39.99 plus $10.00 to have them install, which took about 5'
Over the weekend I was curious to check prices. They were $20.00 at all the online bike retailers and also $20.00 at Amazon with free shipping. I could have easily installed them myself.I needed them for a ride on Saturday and ordering online would have taken a few days.
I felt ripped off for paying twice the price and wanted to let you know of my disappointment.

I dropped my bike of to get the derailer hanger replaced. They ordered the part for it but due to Covid and fires in Santa Cruz, it took a very long time to get the part shipped in. Once the part came in they repaired the bike quickly and let me know to pick it up, taking approx 2 months. However they comped the price of the part without me asking because of the time that it took to repair, which I really appreciate. Thanks a bunch!

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
I forget the associate's name who helped me, maybe Amanda. She is blond. She was eager to assist me with a quick dilemma of getting my seat attached to my post. It loosened up and I was unsure how to get it attached properly. She dove in and briefly asked for assistance from one of the technicians. It was very much appreciated. I am back on my bike! :-)

I worked with Eric to choose my new mountain bike and he was excellent. Did a great job helping me to find the right bike in the right price range. He was very knowledgeable of the products and showed me how to adjust the the hardware etc. Went for a ride today and am very happy with the purchase.
