In-person employees are great! patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Calling on the phone to get information about what is in stock is terrible. I'm not sure why they couldn't tell me if hey had the right size bike for my son. Especially with COVID going on, why not be more helpful on the phone to minimize in-person traffic? just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Thanks for being a good bike shop. this is the 4th bike we have purchased from you.
The mechanic, Milton, was not only expert in his work, but also very communicative in discussions of what I wanted in a full re-assembly of my newly-repainted frame. Also took good car of the frame's paint job too. Even found a part I couldn't find.

Great service after you buy a bike. Jay and Wilbur are the best. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Not cheap but they only do what's actually needed so I end up saving. Only gripe is their hours are short. Would be nice to have the place open 8AM to 8PM. some employees could work 8AM to 4PM and others work 12 to 8PM.

I brought my bike in to diagnose and repair a loud "thunking" noise from the bottom bracket region. Although the shop was busy that day, the technician quickly put my bike in the stand, figured out what was likely wrong, recommended the proper service, and cleared me to continue riding the bike until my service appointment (3wks ilater).
After receiving my bike back, the mechanic went over the source of the problem with me, gave me some home-mechanic advice, and recommended the correct polish for my paint type (matte).
I had a full bottom bracket service and "ultra tune up" completed to give the mechanic an excuse to open everything up and search for more sources of the clunking sound. i highly recommend this tune up - the bike is now running better than ever!
