Very thankful to have Eric who is a master mechanic at Helen’s. He has extensive knowledge about Campy products and was able to fix an issue where others could not figure out.

I ordered a bicycle seat post this past March and never heard back. Nobody ever answered the phone, or replied to my emails. I had to wait in line to enter the store and after 3 visits over 6 wks. I gave up and ordered it from Amazon and had it in 2 days.

My son didn’t want to spend 2499 on a trek Verve 2 which is an entry level bike so we went to another bike store that only sells electric bikes in Venice and after comparing he determined that the Trek was worth the money and in fact the better bike.
Amanda was so helpful and thoughtful when trying to fit the right bike to our needs, and super patient. It was a great experience. We love our bikes.
