I met Jay in Palm Springs and he was so considerate and proactive in helping me get my daughter a new Trek mtn bike!
I was blown away by how thoughtful he was, especially while the bike business is booming and there are long wait times and back orders!
Jay not only held my desired bike for me but he also met me at the shop, fitted my daughter for the bike and made sure it was perfectly customized for her.
I can not recommend Helen's more highly.
I inquired about a womans bike last year in June, stopped at the store and i was told i would be given a call or email since some more were expected to be in stock within a month. I never received a call, very disappointing. This place is local, conveniently nearby but i will shop elsewhere.
