Customer service was great, however took the bike out for a ride the following day and noticed the stem cap was loose, crankest was not fastened properly and seatpost was making noise. Will need to make a trip back to get those checked out.

I have been in there a few times just to look around and every time Alex is the one to help me. He always made it so easy to find what I want even when it finally came down to buying my bike. He was super patient every time and always answered all my questions. He really does a great job and is always really nice and helpful

Perfect service
I got the $150 tuneup but my brakes are still squeaking loudly. I was surprised at that. I called and someone told me to bring the bike back in to have them look at the brakes. So hopefully they can make it right.
If you don't have a product, it can be ordered. Staff was very helpful and informed, I most definitely will come back to this store.
Communication. It’s been difficult to reach you just went to pick up bike and it wasn’t ready after initially thinking it would take 2 weeks.

I was visiting from San Francisco visiting my Family and Grandson, (lived 50 years in ES so very excited to ride my beloved beach!) Got a flat tire on second day and really wanted a few more days to ride. I called on Sunday morning and Seth accommodated me the same day within a few hours, fixed my tire himself! Also added a new computer as well! So impressed and thankful!
During these times and in SF you need appts to have bike serviced, wait for days etc then in lines!
Seth and Helen Cycles in Manhattan Beach are the best and will be my So Cal bike shop and will recommend to all friends and Family!
