Friendly staff and excellent service!
Easy, convenient
Everybody is very nice and helpful up to a point. I would have appreciated more of an over-view and explanation of why one bike over another -- rather than just here are the bikes we have essentially and try this one, or this one etc. But, everybody was very nice and when I asked questions, very responsive.

You were the ONLY bike shop in the Los Angeles vicinity that had cleats to fit my pedals. This is my introduction to the clip in life and I was nervous about it, but Seth was great and helped to put my mind (and hopefully my body) at ease in regard to the process.

Amanda was the best! Friendly, professional, willing to go beyond just selling a bike. She communicated with my 5 year old daughter, making sure the bike was the right fit, she adjusted the seat, answered questions and at the same time attended to another customer who had just walked in. Amanda really made the trip to I.Martin worth it. My daughter loves her new Electra Enchanted Jungle purple bike!

Bike looked great and is ready for a week long trip in Utah. Hellen's tuned up my Trek Fuel replaced the rear brake pads and put a new set of tires on. These guys are pros.
