Rarely do they not have what I need. And most times I go in there they have what I didn’t know I needed.😜

The Store had a very wide selection of bycicles and accessories, I was allowed to test drive the bycicle, and the employee was very very helpful and clearly knowledgeable about bycicles, and helped me pick out accessories and such for my bycicle, helped us understand how to use it, and was very kind and helpful in explaining everything, as well as the process of insuring the bycicle and the process of using that insurance in other places. If I need a bike or repair I will definitely go to Helen's.

Under these trying times, I know how difficult it is to obtain a bicycle. They continued to work with me to ensure that I got a bike suitable for my age, stature, etc. I felt I was listened to and that I was respected.

I sent two email requests to cancel my order with no response. I also called spoke to someone to cancel my order and my order still hasn't been cancelled.
