My brother and I came in last week to replace our bikes that we're sadly stolen a few months ago :( We got there right at opening (11 am) and were immediately greeted and welcomed in by Eric and another team member. I've always found bike shops to be really awesome places full of really awesome people but Eric took it to another level. His advice, wisdom, and honest opinions made our experience top notch. He was patient as we test rode a few times and it was clear it was very important to him that we found the ride we loved. He listened to our needs and respected our budget all while fitting us both into some GREAT new bikes. He definitely made a return shopper out of me - can't wait to come back. Helen's is the best.

Problem: First attempted use of bike, after full service, tire is completely flat upon getting it home.
3/31/2021: Helen's replaced the two inner tubes on the white electra cruiser. Tire is completely flat and bike not usable.
Friendly service and great selection
It may be your standard procedure, but it is bothersome to leave a bike for repair and not have anything to acknowledge that you have the bike.

Had a great experience. Was looking for a beach cruiser, don't know a whole lot about bikes but the sales dude directed me to the right bike. He explained the difference between bikes and once I picked one he adjusted the seat to my preference.
