Great service.
I was able to pay over the phone, which guaranteed that I was going to get the bike.
Audrey the associate was so helpful and so well informed. That's really what made the experience. The bike had to be assembled, and was ready in a timely fashion. Audrey was there again to help me understand how things worked (how the built in battery disengaged, etc.). Really great!
More store hours.
The array of products was extremely impressive; I purchased the most comfortable bike/spin shoes I've ever had. The options were numerous and explained to me in great detail. The service was top-notch as every question I had was welcomed and answered with great care.
I will be purchasing my next bike from here.

Amazing customer service. Highly knowledgeable and friendly! If you need repairs or gear this is your spot - other bike shops don’t compare. Greg is super helpful and patient and helped me with a lot of cycling questions he was great as was rest of staff!
Fast and efficient service - had a bike flat tire (a very large nail) when I was out and about and was able to get it fixed almost immediately after walking the bike there. Nice people.

Stellar service. Leo has serviced multiple bikes for me, his work is outstanding but his initiative is unique. I had my son's bike in for a gear adjustment-the handlebar tape had exceeded life expectancy and was hanging off the bar. I had not requested him to service that component, I watched as he grabbed a piece of tape and gave the bar tape a couple of extra months.
Very impressive-going above and beyond.
I'm looking forward to my once yearly summer overhaul.
