No one returned my calls and sometimes associates are very slow in recognizing our needs.

I did not get a reciept for my favorite bike when I dropped it off but was promised a text receipt soon. 4 hours later I called and finally got someone to pick up and they yelled at someone else about my receipt and then I was told it would be sent soon. 30 minutes later I got a text, (Thank you for shopping at Helens" was all it said. A bit later I got a call from Jay and that impressed me. I told him about the text and he said he would send me an email receipt. That never happened. Jay said He would check into getting my part fixed at Cannondale and called 3 days later which was nice but I missed his call and had to call back.It took 20 phone calls over 2 hours to finally get someone to pick up. These are the things I would improve. Helen's is an important asset to L A and I hope you're around for a long time. Since I'm communicating I'd like to spread the word that L A is a ripe location for a year round bike resort with a lift or shuttle. It would keep people from building their own trails and jumps. Somebody could make a lot of money and sell a lot of bikes.
I bought a Trek Bike (2021 EMONDA SL 5 DISC CARBON BLUE) online and picked it at the Santa Monica store. The people who work do not treated me well. They do not gave any information of the bike. I was very disappointed.

Greater selection of road bikes and mountain bikes....need more of a local bike shop feel too. Nevertheless, you guys are still better than most.

This is a potential safety issue and the unit should have been more thoroughly QC inspected before pick up.
