Pricing might be steep at times whether it’s services or product in store but overall well worth it. Store is great!!!

I felt like I was bothering the associates when I brought my bike in and they made me feel that my repair was not worth their time since it was only $40. I asked how I would be notified when my bike was done and they told me by phone or email. I never received any notification that my bike was finished. I dropped off my bike at 11am and had to call the next day around 4pm to find out what's going on and was told it was ready. When I went to pick up my bike myself and 2 other customers had to wait outside while the employees just stared at us. I will be finding somewhere else for my future bike needs. The hours need to be fixed at this location as well. Several of us waiting outside were discussing this.

Eric Renick helped me out. Super great guy. Helpful and honest. Got me the exact bike (and gear) I needed. Didn’t try to upsell me. Was honest about sizing - even if they didn’t have it in stock. Would highly recommend Eric and Helen’s.

Amanda was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and sweet. I like the feel of the store. Very much like a family owned establishment, very unlike Amazon which is an A+ is my book. I really like supporting local businesses and families. Thank you for a great experience

I have bought bikes and components there before. Bought my first real bike (Raleigh, back when they were good) at Helen's in Santa Monica in 1985.

I was looking for a box to ship a bike in. Called the shop, they guy said he would check and they had one they gave me. Now my bike is packed and on it's way to Washington.
