I have known Helen's MDR service guys for years. I was sad when the MDR location closed but pleased to learn that many of them now work at the SanMo location. The only problem is the volume of work the SanMo store seems to have, which means things take longer. Also, that SanMo is much less convenient for me as I live 2.5 miles from the old MDR location.
Responsive sales and repair staff. Knowledgeable and I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off. Patient sales for my kids sizing up.

Amanda helped us out with buying both a Lock & water holder. This is a totally insignificant purchase and she went above and beyond to help us and helped install both. When we come back to buy a bike, I'm buying from her. Amazing service!
We were told there were three people in front of us and it would be a 20 minute wait. Instead we waiting 1 hour 15 minutes and were rushed to make a decision and take a very short test ride around the parking lot because the store was closing.

I paid full price for a Trek Allant+ 9.9 and verve+ 3. So disappointed with this purchase particularly the Allant+ 9.9, i believe I was sold a used Allant+ 9.9. I was told this has less than a mile on it but when i checked it using the COBI App, bike has almost 10 miles on it. And I thought i was getting 2021 allant+ 9.9 but got a 2020 model - which i still think is a used one..--- frame has scuffs, on rear rack, fenders, frame, fork. I was promised, you would take care of it..So I took Seth's word and purchased both bikes....so we agreed to leave the bikes for few days so they could work on allant 9+ paint issue along with minor adjustment on the verve+ 3...in short, when we finally picked them up and showed the bikes to friends, we have noticed the touch up paint on frame/rack dont match the matte black finish. it was a micky mouse job. it ruined the beautiful finish of the allant. Partially my fault, i should have triple checked it before leaving your store...if only i could return this allant, this paint mismatch on frame/fork really bothers me...rear rack and fender could be easily replaced but frame/fork is a bit different.
so frustrated, what would you feel if you were in my situation? ... i can send see you pictures if you would like...and why did you register the allant with trek on my behalf and not the verve?.---was the allant registered before? --- but not sure if you folks really care about your customers...so just venting out here...not so happy buyer..hopefully, you really mean to make things right....Bike ticket # for allant is 283997 and verve is #283998.
