I like the fact that I have been coming to Helen’s cycles for likely over 20 years and see some of the same faces and have a bond w the service department, sales, ordering, fitting etc.
Call me old school, but it is a bit like the sitcom ‘cheers’ we all know our name and we appreciate our various levels of riding. Albeit my levels of spending, lol.
Helen’s has been a rock as far as bike stores over the years. That is important to me. It is one thing to buy a $500 cruiser. But if purchasing a $12,000.00 road bike, you want a company that is going to be there for the coming years.
Helen's makes it a priority to make the customer gets exactly what they need. I know I will be happy whenever I ask for help from Helen's as I know I will get the best product for me.

Very friendly and professional
I dropped off my daughter’s bike and was told it would be ready later that day. I heard nothing and my wife just went to the shop to check. She was told it was ready. Very inefficient and disappointing.

Brady was great. He helped me. Very chill. Listened to all of my requirements. Helpful. Friendly. I got another guy when I came back to purchase the bike and he was rushed and frenetic. He was fine I guess but not in comparison to Brady. after working with Brady and visiting two other bike stores, i decided to come back to Helen's SM and buy from Brady.

Being fairly new to the Santa Monica area, my wife and her family have grown up here and definitely highly recommended Helen's cycles. They did not disappoint and were very helpful in recommending the appropriate bike, size, and all the accessories that I would possibly need. They were very quick and efficient, and got my bike put together and I greatly appreciate their servicing and their complimentary maintenance for the first year. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's interested in bicycles for any age and any use.
